Efficiency Drives the Opening of Combined Refrigeration and Engine Facilities
Crosspoint Power and Refrigeration is proud to announce the opening of our new refrigeration service center and corporate headquarters. Situated near the 465 loop, our new facility is 1 mile from I-70, 4 miles from the I-69 corridor, and 10 miles from I-65. Spanning 20 acres, Crosspoint’s new headquarters joins the refrigeration side with the power side of the business, all on one lot. Our new 24,000 sq ft facility will serve as our corporate headquarters and refrigeration service center, while an existing 10,000 sq ft facility on the property will warehouse and support our power division operations. The site has been designed for future expansion as needed.
Safe, Spacious Parking
Our new 24,000 sq ft facility has 70 trailer parking spots. Ten pull through spots add to the pull through shop bays, reducing the need to back trailers in. The parking lot is fully lighted and gated for additional security.
Ample, Efficient Service Shop
The refrigeration service shop features 8 bays, 4 of which are capable of doing full unit replacements. The pull through service bays increase safety and efficiency, eliminating the need for drivers to back trailers in.
Customer Service Area with All the Amenities
Customers will be greeted with a fresh waiting area. The parts and service counters are centrally located as you walk in, with will call just through our doors. While they wait, customers can relax in large comfortable lounge chairs with power available for charging devices. Complimentary coffee and water is available, or grab a bite at our high-top table. Need laundry services? We’ve got that covered, too! Just around the corner is our laundry and pet washroom.
Streamlined Parts Room for Faster Service
Our parts room has been redesigned to improve efficiency. High turn parts such as belts and filters are strategically placed close to our parts representative. Our oversize storage warehouse is placed just outside the parts room for easy access. For small will call orders, the parts will be placed in the main office near the customer service representatives. For larger orders, our parts representatives will direct you to the west side of the building near door 1B.
Solar Equipped Facility
Both buildings on our Crosspoint campus are designed as net-zero electricity facilities. Solar panels line the roof of both facilities and are capable of offsetting our electrical load over a one year period.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Getting in-shop service or repair? As you pull through the gates to our new facility, the path to our refrigeration service center is marked with a blue line. Follow the blue line to the truck and trailer staging area marked with the stop sign. From here, head on into the office where our staff is ready to greet you and check you in. Our Customer Service Reps will direct you to either park your trailer or pull into a bay. There is ample room to turn around in our parking lot.
If you are waiting for your repair, we will ask you to drop your trailer in our service bay. When directed to pull into a bay, proceed to the west side of the building. Each door is labeled, and you will be directed to enter from “B” side. For example, Bay 1B or 2B. Our technician will be ready to open the bay door for you. Pull through slowly until our technician signals you to stop. Then you can drop your trailer and pull forward and park in front of the bay door while the service is performed.
If you are dropping your trailer, our Customer Service Reps will direct you to park either on the west side parking or the pull through parking. Pull through parking can be requested if you would be more comfortable not backing in your trailer. Go ahead and drop your trailer and we will contact you when the repair is complete.
After Hours Service
After hours service is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Simply call our main line to talk to our after hours reps. You will be asked for some information about the issue you are having, and a technician will reach out to you to coordinate the repair. If the repair will occur on-site, proceed to our service facility. The technician will coordinate with you to ensure you have access through our gate. Proceed to the office and we will communicate the next steps in repairing your unit.
