Key Features of the Aspen APU
The Aspen APU is designed for durability and performance, featuring marine-grade components and enhanced alloys for strength and corrosion resistance. Its IP67-rated automotive electronics protect against sand, dust, and water, while a corrosion-free, injection-molded housing ensures long-term reliability. The programmable driver interface includes an illuminated dial and backlist digital display for easy control.
It proves 12,000 BTU/h of cooling and versatile heating options with an 8,200 BTU/h electric heater or a 7,000 BTU/h fuel-fired heater. The APU generates high-grade power and can be upgraded with an inverter to support hotel loads while the truck is moving.
Aspen APUs are available in multiple configurations, including systems for engine preheating, block heater operation, or auxiliary power only. With an optional adapter, the APU can run on 115-volt shore power when parked, reducing fuel use.
